Expat Crow is operated by its owner, a Texas limited liability company. By creating an account, accepting a household invitation, purchasing a subscription, accepting complimentary access, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms.

Expat Crow is software for organizing documents, dates, appointments, required visits, tax deadlines, reminders, Pipeline processes, checklists, and related information for yourself and people whose information you are authorized to manage or access.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, the people you associate with a process or task, and independently verifying all legal, immigration, citizenship, residency, tax, filing, travel, renewal, physical-presence, and other requirements.

Expat Crow may not be relied upon as the sole source for a deadline, legal requirement, filing obligation, immigration status, tax obligation, compliance determination, or professional decision.

Features, plan availability, reminder schedules, account limits, pricing, Caw capabilities, AI features, shared-access capabilities, and beta services may change as Expat Crow develops.

The Professional Directory provides general information about independent companies that describe themselves as offering services relevant to globally mobile people. Profile information may be supplied by a listed company or compiled from publicly available sources. Expat Crow does not independently verify every statement and does not represent that a listing is complete, current, accurate, or suitable for any particular person.

Inclusion in the Directory is not an endorsement, recommendation, certification, accreditation, or guarantee by Expat Crow. Expat Crow does not guarantee a company's identity, legitimacy, qualifications, licensing, regulatory standing, insurance, competence, availability, service quality, or results.

Before engaging a listed company, you are responsible for independently confirming its identity, authority, credentials, licenses, regulatory status, fees, engagement terms, and suitability for your circumstances. Information in the Directory is not legal, immigration, citizenship, residency, tax, investment, financial, or other professional advice.

Listed companies are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, representatives, or professional advisers of Expat Crow. A listing, profile view, website visit, or contact with a listed company does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, advisory, or other professional relationship with Expat Crow.

Any engagement is directly between you and the listed company. Expat Crow is not a party to that engagement and is not responsible for a company's advice, acts, omissions, fees, communications, services, disputes, or outcomes.

Directory links may take you to third-party websites governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Expat Crow does not control those websites. Following an external link does not give the listed company access to your Expat Crow account, household information, client information, documents, or records.

Expat Crow may add, edit, suspend, or remove listings at its discretion but has no obligation to continuously monitor or update every profile. Companies may contact Expat Crow to request a correction or removal.

Expat Crow offers Free access and paid Pro and Family subscriptions. Expat Crow may also provide complimentary access to Pro, Family, or other features without requiring a paid subscription. Features, limits, and prices are described on the Pricing page and may change from time to time.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and, unless otherwise stated at checkout, annual subscriptions renew automatically each year until canceled. You authorize Expat Crow and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the subscription price and applicable taxes until cancellation.

Automatic renewal applies only to a paid subscription that you intentionally purchase and for which you authorize payment. Complimentary access does not automatically convert into a paid subscription, and the expiration or removal of complimentary access will not by itself cause your payment method to be charged.

For a shared Family household, the household owner controls any paid subscription, billing, invitations, and membership administration. An invited household member does not become a separate subscriber or acquire billing authority merely by accepting shared access.

Downgrading or losing eligibility for a higher access level does not by itself delete existing records. Actions may be restricted when an account exceeds the limits of its resulting access level, and shared household access may be restricted or removed if the household no longer has eligible Family access.

Expat Crow may, at its discretion, provide complimentary access to features or benefits that are otherwise associated with Pro, Family, or another paid offering. Complimentary access may be provided for promotional, testing, customer-support, business-development, family-and-friends, or other purposes determined by Expat Crow.

Complimentary access is an access entitlement and is not a paid subscription. It does not create an obligation to pay for the complimentary period and has no cash value. Unless you separately choose to purchase a paid subscription and authorize payment through the normal checkout process, complimentary access will not cause you to be charged.

Complimentary access may be provided indefinitely or with an expiration date and may be modified or revoked by Expat Crow. When complimentary access expires or is removed, your account will revert to the plan or access level that otherwise applies to your account.

If your account contains more records, household members, Pipeline processes, or other usage than the resulting plan allows, Expat Crow may restrict creation of additional records or use of affected features until your usage is within the applicable limits or you obtain eligible access. Existing records are not automatically deleted solely because complimentary access ends.

Complimentary access may not be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or represented as a purchased subscription unless Expat Crow expressly permits otherwise.

Depending on access level, an account holder may organize information for a spouse, partner, child, parent, dependent, or another person whose information the account holder manages. By entering another person's information, you represent that you have appropriate authority or permission to provide and manage it.

Users with eligible Family access, whether provided through a paid subscription or complimentary access, may use Family features made available by Expat Crow. Family features may associate multiple people with one Pipeline process and may store person-specific checklist assignments, completion status, process participation, linked records, readiness information, and reminder status.

A Family household owner may invite an eligible household person to access shared household information using that person's own Expat Crow login. Depending on the features made available, an invited member may be able to view shared household records and Pipeline information and update completion status for work assigned to that member. The household owner retains owner-only administration such as billing, invitations, membership management, and other controls identified by the service.

An invited household member does not become the owner of a subscription, complimentary entitlement, or household billing relationship solely by accepting an invitation.

By sending a household invitation, the household owner represents that the invited person is authorized to receive access to the household information that Expat Crow makes visible to household members. By accepting an invitation, the invited member agrees to access and use household information only for legitimate household purposes and not to share another person's information without appropriate authority.

The household owner is responsible for removing shared access when it is no longer appropriate. Removing a member's access does not necessarily delete records already stored by the household owner.

Accounts are intended to be controlled by adults. Information concerning children or other dependents should be entered only by a parent, guardian, or other authorized person. Shared login access should not be granted to a child unless Expat Crow expressly supports that use.

You are responsible for deciding which household members should be associated with a process, task, document, event, reminder, or other record and for correcting those associations when circumstances change.

Expat Crow stores information you provide to operate the service. This may include account information, names and relationships, document records, countries and jurisdictions, expiration and issue dates, event details, required visits, tax information, Pipeline processes, checklist tasks, household participation and assignments, completion status, reminder preferences, notification recipients, household invitations, shared-access membership information, and other notes.

Expat Crow may also maintain service and account-administration information such as your underlying plan, effective access level, complimentary or promotional access, complimentary-access expiration, subscription status, account limits, household role, and feature settings.

Expat Crow also uses limited first-party product analytics to understand whether users are successfully using the service and to improve launch decisions. This may include account signup, creation of tracked records and Pipeline processes, checklist completion, reminder activation, Caw usage, household invitations, checkout activity, subscription starts, and timestamps associated with those actions. These analytics are used for product and operational analysis and are not sold for advertising purposes.

When a visitor reaches Expat Crow through a campaign or referring page, Expat Crow may temporarily capture first-touch attribution information such as UTM campaign parameters, referring page, landing page, and first-seen time. If the visitor creates an account, that first-touch attribution may be associated with the account so Expat Crow can understand which acquisition sources lead to actual users. Later visits do not overwrite that initial attribution record.

When shared Family access is enabled, information belonging to the household owner may be displayed to authorized household members according to the access controls provided by Expat Crow. Household members should assume that information placed in shared household areas may be visible to other authorized members of that household.

Some information may relate to immigration, residency, citizenship, tax, travel, or family matters. Enter only information reasonably necessary to use the service.

Where Expat Crow accepts a document number, the current application stores only the final four characters rather than the complete document number.

Hosting, database, authentication, security, payment, email, and artificial-intelligence service providers may process information as necessary to provide the applicable services and features. Expat Crow does not sell your personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or valid legal process.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Protect access to your account, use your own login rather than sharing credentials, and avoid entering sensitive information that is unnecessary for the service.

Global Profile information is supplied and controlled by users. A blank field does not create an inferred citizenship, residence, tax connection, status, objective, or obligation. Programs and Cases may associate people with case-specific roles, countries, milestones, and related work; those associations do not change a person’s household role or establish a legal status. Users control whether supported country and fact context may be used by Caw.

Country Intelligence and public guides are general informational materials based on selected sources. Publication, source links, review, verification dates, effective dates, labels, summaries, or editorial explanations do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, continuing currency, official status, or applicability to any person.

Dates shown as confirmed records in the Compliance Timeline are “confirmed” only in the sense that they come from records stored in the account. Expat Crow has not independently determined that a law, rule, filing, deadline, status, or obligation applies.

Suggested Country Intelligence is kept separate from confirmed account records and is not automatically converted into a record, reminder, deadline, or obligation. You remain responsible for determining applicability and verifying information with the relevant authority or an appropriately qualified professional.

Standard Caw organizes information already stored in your account to surface upcoming, overdue, or attention-needed items. Standard Caw does not send your account data to an AI provider and may be available on Free, Pro, and Family access.

Caw AI is optional and is available only when your account or household has an eligible access level and Caw AI has been enabled. Eligibility may be provided through either a paid subscription or complimentary access.

When Caw AI is used, your question and relevant Expat Crow context may be sent to OpenAI to generate summaries and answers. Expat Crow takes steps to reduce the personal information included in that context, including replacing people names with temporary labels and excluding internal record identifiers where practicable. Relevant countries, document information, dates, events, tax-related records, Pipeline processes, reminder information, household task status, and other tracked details may still be included when needed to answer a request.

On a Family household, Caw and Caw AI may use household participation and person-specific Pipeline completion information to distinguish responsibilities among people in the household. Authorized household members using Caw AI may cause relevant shared household context to be processed for their request.

Caw and Caw AI are organizational tools only. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or outdated and is not legal, immigration, tax, financial, or other professional advice.

Reminder messages may contain information about the relevant person, document, obligation, Pipeline process or checklist task, country or jurisdiction, and applicable date. Household Pipeline reminders may identify which participating people still have work outstanding.

If you add an additional reminder recipient, you instruct Expat Crow to send applicable reminder information to that address and are responsible for ensuring the recipient is appropriate and authorized.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Expat Crow and its owner, operators, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or losses arising from missed deadlines, incorrect or incomplete information, incorrect household or task assignments, failed or delayed reminders, unauthorized user sharing or household access, changing government requirements, loss of data, or decisions made in reliance on the service.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes will lie in Hays County, Texas, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
