Pipeline Feature Notice

What Pipeline does

Pipeline is an organizational feature for tracking multi-step processes such as visas, residency, citizenship, passport renewals, relocations, tax matters, licenses, and other international-life workflows. It can organize stages, checklist items, target dates, notes, household participation, person-specific assignments, and links to records you already store in Expat Crow.

Templates are organizational starting points

Pipeline templates and suggested checklist items are provided for convenience only. They are not complete requirements lists and are not legal, immigration, tax, financial, or other professional advice. Requirements, procedures, forms, fees, deadlines, and government practices can change and may differ based on your circumstances and jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming applicable requirements with official authorities or qualified professionals.

Dates and reminders

Target dates, checklist due dates, progress indicators, and reminders are organizational aids. Eligible Pro or Family access may include Pipeline reminder status, recipients, sent history, and scheduled reminder windows, including a limited overdue follow-up. Eligibility may be provided through a paid subscription or complimentary access. Expat Crow does not guarantee delivery of a reminder or the accuracy or completeness of a date you enter. You remain responsible for meeting filing, appointment, renewal, travel, payment, and other deadlines.

Household participation

Accounts with eligible Family access may associate multiple people with one Pipeline process and assign checklist work to specific people. Family eligibility may be provided through either a paid subscription or complimentary access. Invited household members may be able to open shared processes and update completion status for work assigned to their linked person profile. The household owner retains process creation, membership administration, billing, and other owner-only controls identified by the service.

Reminder recipients

Pipeline reminder messages may be sent to the household owner and, when applicable, to invited household members with active access who are assigned to incomplete checklist work. Reminder messages may identify the process, checklist task, relevant person, country or jurisdiction, and date. The household owner is responsible for assigning work appropriately and removing access when a recipient should no longer receive shared household information.

Linked records

Pipeline can link to Documents and Events in your account. Linking creates an organizational relationship; it does not create a separate copy of the underlying record. Unlinking a record from Pipeline does not delete that Document or Event. Deleting a Pipeline process removes its Pipeline checklist and links but does not delete the linked Documents or Events.

Account and plan limits

Feature availability and usage limits depend on your effective access level. Free currently includes one active Pipeline process. Eligible Pro and Family access may include unlimited Pipeline processes and reminder features as described on the Pricing page. Shared household participation requires eligible Family access. Pro or Family eligibility may be provided through either a paid subscription or complimentary access.

Complimentary access does not constitute a paid subscription and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. If complimentary access expires or is removed, Pipeline limits and features may revert to those associated with the account's underlying plan. Existing records are not automatically deleted solely because complimentary access ends, although creation or use of features exceeding the resulting plan limits may be restricted.

Privacy and access

Pipeline information is associated with the account or Family household that owns it and is subject to our Privacy Policy and shared-household access controls. Authorized invited household members may be shown shared Pipeline information according to their permitted household access. As with other Expat Crow data, you should avoid entering information that is unnecessary for the organizational purpose of the feature.
