Built for life across borders
Keep the moving parts of your global life in one place.
Expat Crow organizes people, countries, documents, visits, tax dates, processes, sourced information, and reminders—then keeps confirmed account records separate from suggested country developments.
People & household
Keep records organized by person, whether you are tracking your own obligations or managing information for a partner, child, parent, dependent, or other household member. Family households can invite eligible people already in the household to use Expat Crow with their own login while the household owner retains billing and membership administration.
Documents
Track passports, visas, residency permits, trusted traveler programs, licenses, and other important documents with the dates that matter.
Events & required visits
Keep appointments, interviews, biometrics, renewal windows, required visits, and other important dates visible before they become urgent.
Pipeline
Turn visas, residency, citizenship, passport renewals, relocations, tax matters, and other multi-step processes into an organized workflow with stages, checklists, dates, and linked records. Family households can include several people in one process, assign checklist work by person, and let invited members complete the work assigned to them. Free includes one active process; Pro and Family include unlimited processes and Pipeline reminders.
Programs & Cases
Keep a high-level view of the programs each household member is involved in. A Case identifies its principal applicant, participants, countries, milestones, status and related Pipeline without duplicating the people or country relationships already in Global Profile. Participation roles apply to that Case and do not change a person’s household role.
Tax deadlines
Organize filing, payment, and extension deadlines by person and country without mixing obligations across jurisdictions.
Unified calendar
See important document, event, visit, and tax dates together so you can understand what is coming across your global life.
Global Profile
See your household’s cross-border context in one place: account-level country relationships, person-specific participation, Programs and Cases, and a compact Compliance Timeline. Labels distinguish household context from individual details. Choose separately which country and fact context Caw may use.
Country Intelligence
Review published, source-backed country information with source links, effective dates, last-verified dates, and a clear distinction between official requirements and editorial explanation. Save an item for review or mark it not relevant without turning it into a personal obligation.
Compliance Timeline
See confirmed dates from documents, events, tax records, Pipeline steps and Case milestones in one chronological view, with a compact summary inside Global Profile. Dated Country Intelligence appears separately as suggested information and is never converted into a confirmed obligation automatically.
Email reminders
Choose advance reminders for important dates and optionally send reminder copies to additional recipients you authorize. Eligible paid plans also receive reminders for dated Pipeline checklist steps, including recipient visibility, sent history, pause/resume controls, and one limited overdue follow-up.
Caw
Caw turns the dates and records you already track into a clear attention summary, surfacing urgent, attention-needed, and upcoming items across your account. It also understands Pipeline work and, in Family households, the shared household context a signed-in member is permitted to use. Standard Caw is available on Free, Pro, and Family.

Caw AI is optional on eligible paid plans. When enabled, it can use relevant Expat Crow account context to generate summaries, answer questions, and point you toward related Expat Crow records and workflows. Expat Crow replaces people names with temporary labels and removes internal record IDs before sending context to the AI provider. In a shared Family household, the household owner controls the Caw AI consent setting.
